Robin has extensive experience at senior director level in both large PLCs and small family businesses, and works closely with Nick depending on the needs of the particular client/project.
He has considerable insight gained over the years at board level and has held both non-executive and executive positions, from Marketing Director and Managing Director to Chief Executive and Chairman.
His management experience covers FM, security, M&E, leisure, outsourcing and contracting businesses, with considerable knowledge of outsourcing within PFI, Healthcare and Schools contracting.
Robin is a profit-motivated, innovative Senior Director, and good man-manager with expertise in the development of new business opportunities, business reorganisation, acquisitions and management buyouts.
