Morphose Completes Funding Round for Sherpa’S Online Tuition Platform
Morphose Capital Partners, London-based specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate restructuring and finance, has completed a further funding round for ‘EdTech’ Sherpa. Sherpa Online provides high-quality, interactive online tutoring for learners of all levels. Sherpa sets itself apart from other platforms with some unique technologies to enhance the learning experience and works only with properly vetted, qualified teachers and lecturers. The funds raised will be used to enrich its curriculum-aligned content, launch new offerings and to expand into new territories to meet growing demand.

Launched in 2020, Sherpa now offers access to over 3000 experienced teachers available to teach all areas of the curriculum and has hosted over 66,000 lessons to date, having grown 176% YoY (2022 vs 2023 academic year). Sherpa has also recently become a government-approved National Tuition Programme Partner, allowing them to launch a dedicated Schools Platform to supply subsidised tuition directly to schools through the National Tutoring Programme.
