Nick heads the M&A division at Morphose and has advised on over 50 deals in the FM & Insurance and Tech sectors over the last 13 years. From early identification of a possible need to acquire or sell, through to completing several off-market purchases from company administrators, he has experience working with companies to optimise value as an advisor and entrepreneur to achieve monetisation for shareholders.
Recent M&A deals he has worked on include the sales of Glen Cleaning to Merak, PEME and PEL to Aliter Capital, CFS to Stanley Security, and Weston Electrical to Incentive FM.
Nick also specialises in seed funding for E-commerce and Tech start ups. This include recent raises for Neon Beach, Aktek, Sherpa Online and Whicker. He has excellent connections in the private equity sector and works with many high net worth individual investors.
